Our web store is operating 24/7 by identifies the nearest outlet to your delivery address, all items status reflects the stock condition in the store nearest to you. If the product shown Sold Out means we do not have any ready stock. However, you may pre-order the product and have it delivered after 2 days.
Currently, we are accepting payment via Credit Card, Debit Card and FPX Online Banking.
We provide daily delivery to all areas in Penang Island (Except Balik Pulau and Teluk Bahang).
For Penang Mainland, we deliver every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday for Bukit Mertajam and we deliver every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday for Butterworth.
Yes and No. The delivery rate is fixed at RM 10 across all locations within Penang Island. And FREE delivery for all orders beyond RM40.
For Penang Island, you may choose for same-day delivery and the time slot, the nearest delivery slot is 2 hours later after your placement, you may also choose another date for delivery. During this MCO period, due to high demand volume, 30 -45 minutes of delay may happen and we are truly sorry about that.
For Penang Bukit Mertajam, we deliver every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
For Penang Butterworth, we deliver every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

We’ve engaged our own delivery team to deliver our order.
As a safeguard during this period, many condos and housing management are enforcing contactless delivery and social distancing for delivery persons. Our delivery persons will adhere to these rules, and therefore, are not able to deliver to your doorstep. If you are residing in a condo, please make arrangements to pick up deliveries at the lobby, guardhouse, or from the delivery vehicle as some deliveries are done by car. Thank you.
Goods sold are not returnable or exchangeable except in the situation of out of stock.
Any changes to delivery address must be request to be done 1 day before delivery date via our Facebook Messenger.
No changes are allowed after order is placed. However, you may call to the nearest store to you to check if they can do manual change.
One order will be delivered to one location only. Shall you have other delivery address, kindly place with another order.
Yes, we will provide candle and birthday cake if you purchase cake item with us. If you have other request, please type your request in the “Customer Remarks” during checkout.
Our products contain no added preservatives. Please store in chiller for longer consumption.
